Ganti Puasa (or is it the other way around??)

Why arent we (the Muslims that puasa) aren't allowed to ganti puasa on 1 Syawal? 

I know when we aren't supposed to ganti puasa but I dont know why that particular date :) . I know, i know, 15 years believing the Islam ways and I don't know the simplest things. Trust me, I know much less.

But atleast I'm not afraid to ask and actually lay out the "I don't knows" instead of shutting up and pretend I know everything. Better late than never.

Today was the last day of school :) Well atleast until the Raya holidays are over.  Mixed feelings were jumbled up in me when the bell rang . 

Relief. I need a break and this one couldn't come in any more perfect timing. :) Ofcourse, I'd still do exercises daily to keep in touch my studies.

Anxiety. If in your mind you work out on how near the PMR examinations are, realization wouldn't really hit hard. But when you actually say "Raya is in 5 days time. Week after that we have one more week and then we'd be in the examination halls. It's almost the same as saying PMR is next week.

Excited. After PMR I'd be going back to DanSing Thru Broadway rehearsals. I've mentioned in a previous post that the show is re-staging. And I can't wait to get back to rehearsals. During rehearsal, everything (planning .. schedules) all come to a halt and all we do is dance, laugh, sing, laughlaughlaugh. As if time was on our side for a change and allowed to us to not worry and have timeless fun for change. Yeaah, thats the word I can describe rehearsals in the best way . timeless . Ofcourse, It's not all fun no work. this is all according to mae, though .. :) Others have their diff opinions.

I think I am nowhere near 'an awesome stage performer'. Its very difficult. Well, what isn't? But when you love something soo much, when you want something so much, all the hard part goes by barely noticed ... well, it isn't as literal as it sounds. 

Plainly, I enjoy doing it so much I wouldn't mind going for rehearsals everyday. I enjoy it so much all the hard/bad parts doesn't bother me. 

After the bell, they played a Raya song. LOL that was pretty funny :) 

I didn't do anything in the afternoon. Went to the bookstore and slept the rest of the afternoon. I was really tired so I figured I'd study at night, after buka puasa.

Aunty Soosan came over for dinner. :) Talked about crackers, her upcoming party, Sean when he was younger, me and my red hoodie when I was little ... 

:( Here's the bad news

DANSING THRU BROADWAY IS CANCELLED!!! :(

AHHHHHHH I was really looking forward to it! Rehearsals stopped. No more studio recordings. No blockings on stage. Cool costumes  ... And we had cool new songs :( Why it was cancelled I'm not very sure about, so I won't comment on that part.

Aunty Farah says that there might be a show next year. but NEXT YEAR?! It seems so far away. :( The show was what I looked forward to in the holidays (other than the maybe-trip-to-Australia, and Terengganu). 

Well, maybe this is a good thing... in some way I have yet to find out . I've decided to start Latin dancing. It's very interesting. My mom was very supportive of it and even recommended some dance studios to learn the dance. Hopefully I'll start right after PMR. 

I want to do Tap as well. I've mentioned it to my mom but nothing is confirmed yet (classes, studio venue and such). Su Ann and I might take classes together. But right now, Latin is priority (well, after PMR :D). 

I've also been meaning to read up alot more. I need more general knowledge. :) Soooo, once again, perfect timing. 

I hope DanSing Thru Broadway is on for next year. I miss the friends there and I miss the whole idea of the production :) its. awesome.

I realized I've been blogging multiple times a day. :\ must be a bore to those reading (if there are any).

I was able to finish up form 3 history in time for bed! YAY! Tomorrow I'll finish up form 1 and 2. Then I'll do some BahasaMalaysia exercises, one BM essay, and some Sejarah exercises/model papers. 

To keep me entertained, I drew faces and phrases on eggs :) yeah, eggs. I loved this one egg I wrote 'Haha! You crack me up'. LOL get it? crack me up? Yeahh, my mum will be making scrambled eggs for sahur tomorrow morning. I wanna see her reaction to the artistic eggs :)

I watched the My School Rocks - Asia Finals before studying. Was planning to join the whole watch and win tickets the the premiere of High School Musical 3 - Senior Year in Los Angeles. 

Yess, I am excited about the movie. It looks really good and I really do look forward to watching it. 

Sweet Memories

I took a bath. Just to feel refreshed again before hitting the books - again. 

After I got dressed, my eyes caught hold of a big pink book on my book shelf. That book was my 2006-07 diary. It was one of those silly teen diaries. Where at one point someone would've read it and the teen got so angry she tore the pages and swore never to write. But ends up writing anyway.

Yeah it was that diary.

So just for laughs, I read the diary. There were many pages missing. (torn out XD)

Now reading back what I went through, which at the time seemed like such a big dilemma, it seemed so silly and immature :D I laughed out loud at the things my 'young self' would write, what my 'young self' got angry and frustrated about. Which might I add was nothing to get angry about in the first place!

But it brought back memories, people and smiles. 

I ALSO found my Form1 notebook-sketch book. Found sweet messages written in it by my form 1 classmates. Natashyia, Latifah, Dhama, Yasmin, and Nisha wrote in it. Lat wrote a song about talking to me. Nisha drew alot. Yasmin wrote to me about toughening up XD

Dhama wrote a sweet message. Natashyia even wrote me a poem! 

The one I couldnt stop reading was Latifah and my wedding planner. :) We had everything planned out! Our bridesmaids,  our wedding gowns, wedding shoes, venue ( central park -_-' ), our ring bearer - Guess who. Johnny Depp in his pirate costume :D. We even wrote down 'walking down the aisle with the rings all drunk'. 

I dont have to tell Lat who our husband was. EDDIE CAHILL ! And we're still in love with him today :)

I miss those days. 

I have the mood!

I just woke up. 

And I Have the Mood to Study!

Thank goodness. 

So I'll be doing some BM then some Sejarah and maybe Geography.

Rowena's early-bday swim

I promised myself I'd study after sahur this morning. Didnt work - I slept. Was too tired, plus my thighs still hurt and it just killed my mood to study.

I spent the morning sleeping+updating my blog template. Its so frustrating. Couldnt find a proper template. Or atleast one that I was okay with.

Went to CAMPAP - again - this afternoon while Jean had her ballet lesson. Bought new exercise books and gold paint :) Will tell what I intend to do with the paint when I know.

Later in the evening around 4pm, Mumsters, Jeansters and myself went to KLGCC for Rowena's early-bday swim. Jean and I bought new swimming attires yesterday. Was pretty excited to wear it for the first time :] mehh..

Everyone was there. I read my October issue of Seventeen before going into the pool.

Met a new friend!! :D yayyyy!! Her name is Polene [I apologize for the incorrect spelling (if incorrect, that is ) ]. She goes to Hartamas school, form 1.

We were jumping (many many many MANY times) off the little bridge-arc thingy. Marco Polo was always really fun.. I peeked XD and got caught peeking. Played doctor-save-the-swimmer. Weird surgeries, requests from head doctors ... it was a fun time :)

OHOH! We also played Starbucks. Jean was the waitress, Rowena was my little talking doll, Polene was a customer taking her sweet time ordering and I was a customer impatient to order. It waas hilarious.

For buka puasa , mum, jean and I went to Waffle World in OU. Have always wanted to try their waffles. 

:( didnt really enjoy the waffles though. It took a long time before the food arrived, the waffles were too crunchy, a little too brown. And my mums order didnt arrive until AFTER Jean and I finished our meal. :\

Stared at a parrot for awhile. Then I went to popular for -yet again- more workbooks. Was walking (looking for Pet Wonderland) and thats when I saw Tjun Kit and his family. He didnt recognize me though, and they looked like they were in a hurry so I decided to tell him online.  Which I have yet to do.

Got home, ate hoaggies :D they're so yummy. not to mention healthy. Studied sejarah. thank god I was able to concentrate way better than I was able to this morning. Felt better. 

Then here I am! :) Blogging. Will play Word Challenge for awhile then off to sleep. I plan to study for the whole day tomorow, minimal breaks.

I couldnt study :(

I was working on my history but my head wasnt absorbing anything. at all. 

Garrr! PMR is in ... 2 weeks?! And I'm having this problem right now?! 

What perfect timing. After this I'm gonna work on my Maths and BM. 

When we go out I'll buy new science, geo and agama work books. :( Hopefully after buka puasa I'll have the mood to study.

Aching

Its been ... about an hour after sahur. 

My thighs ache real bad right now. For some reason after school yesterday I was jumping up and down in my room. And that result in my aching thighs :(

I was surfing through blogspot. The highlight was Qis's blog.

There was a video about the sleepover night during DanSing Thru Broadway I've heard so much about. Anis acting weird, Faisal with his 'purple tastes nice' scene, not sleeping till 7am? Or was that a different night. 

Anis can be so very VERY random at times.

After the PMR examinations I'll be brushing up on that. Family and I went to OU yesterday for buka puasa. I bought new sejarah workbooks ( yipee, cant wait ). So, the subjects I need to concentrate on ..

• Kemahiran Hidup

Joy. 

I cant wait for after PMR. I can get back to DTB rehearsals (already miss everyone) and start on my list of 'after PMR' things to do.

• Latin dance ( inspired after watching Sabrina Brians )
• Room decor
• Improving piano abilities (whoaa, abilities. I've been meaning to, but time wasnt on my side)
• Scream Park at Sunway Lagoon
• And a new pair of sneakers.

STILL listening to 'Crush' by Archuletatata. 

He has a voice you can melt and then drown in. Its so ... so wow. Words cant describe how soothing his voice makes you feel. Even when he hits those dreaded high notes or when he belts (does he?).

Oh and dont get me started with Nick Jonas. Its not 'sooothy Archie'. Its .. different :)

New template !!

I've changed my blog's template. I think its a little better now.

This is only momentarily till after PMR and I have time to look/make backgrounds and such :)

Been awhile :)

I need to get a new blog profile. The one I'm using right now is so jam packed.

I decided I'd start blogging again, seeing that theres so much happening and I'm pretty sure myself in five years time I would like to read it all again.

Or maybe I'll make do with a tradisional diary :) Ahh, why not share it with friends who wanna read. (if there even are friends who's reading :\ )

So what's up so far. 

1. My latest addiction would be Jesse McCartney's Leavin'. I'm not sure why, but whenever it comes out on the radio, I go all gaga and play sing-a-long with the radio.
   
2. My mom has a facebook. Been asking me and my brother how to upload and tag photos. lol she's all about the photos on facebook. :) love her.
3. DanSing Thru Broadway rehearsals started again. The previous show ended somewhere in the midst of July. or was it June. Another performance December 19th and 20th. Theres new songs, and cool steps :) I wont be attending rehearsals till after dooms day, uhh, i mean PMR.
4. I've been going to Taman Megah's CAMPAP outlet lately. They have any and every stationery you can imagine there. Plus 10% discount really helps when you have an addiction for colorful stationery. 
5. I've been meaning to find ways to help a friend with global warming. She's very concerned about it. So far no ideas sparked. We're only 15 and theres only so little we're able to do on our own (speaking globally). But she wont give up so I'll be there for her for as long as the earth is under high fever (and after lah ofcourse). 

Its precisely 6.39am right now. UH-oh. 6.40am. I'd better get ready for school

I have a record of being late to school. Its happened too often and I've gotten warnings. 

Trying hard to get rid of that pet peeve. Promised Pn. Mary and myself I wont be late anymore :)
