Barack Obama is US's 44th president :) I'm really very excited, for Obama and for the US.
The election got me wondering if maybe one day, any leading country would need to win votes globally to win presidency. How in this century the performance of a country can affect another country, who said it isn't possible (lol, or necessary)?
Anyway, congratulations Obama, and congrats to all the people that made the campaign a success. :) I feel so inspired whenever I watch Obama on TV. How he's so confident with his words, how the choice of words he use are so powerful it gives me goosebumps. Dang, he's even so sure about where he wants to make eye contact when he speaks in front of a crowd. Obama just has 'it'. the x-factor. whatever it's called. Obama has a truckload of it.
I'm watching the crowds reaction on BBC right now. People are CRYING! Imagine how amazing the feeling must be for Obama when he watches the crowds reaction? To know you give such strong hope to the people of the United States of America, must really be something. Obama is a man who won the president seat in 2008, but he's still an ordinary man (other than the fact he has the it factor, and alot of it) nontheless. The feeling must be extra-extraordinary for anyone, for him.
He deserves it. McCain fought well as well :) Good job too.
Woooo Obama! :D
